Prodrive Property Maintenance commenced trading in January 1998, initially with Ian Boyes as the sole trader.

From those early days, the company has rapidly expanded, thanks mainly to the strong ties forged at a very early stage within the Insurance and Loss Adjusting markets, which has ensured a continued and consistent flow of work."

In July 2001, Mark Hynes joined Ian and we commenced trading as Prodrive Property Maintenance Limited. Shortly after, Prodrive Shopfitting Limited was born and headed by a third Director, Gary Downes.

With hard work and loyal Clients, we have become established as one of the leading contractors in the North East, with a reputation for dedication, quality, customer care and a genuine enjoyment of what we do.

Our growth has resulted in an enviable and prestigious portfolio of Clients, comprising; Abbey Pynford, Clancy Consulting, Cleveland Cable Company, Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters, Crawford Higgins Associates, Halifax Insurance Services, InFront Solutions, Balfour Beatty Management, Robins Response and Tees Valley Housing Group to name but a few.
