Steve joined Prodrive in 2004, coming from a successful and varied construction background including both new-build, domestic, commercial, and civil engineering projects throughout the UK.

As Construction Director, Steve has the responsibility for managing all aspects of work undertaken by the Managers, and takes a very ˜hands on" approach to the larger construction projects, from implementation through to handover to the Client. This includes compiling specialist teams within short lead-in periods to react to emergencies such as flooding, explosion, etc.

In addition, Steve is responsible for the in-house safety training of all employees, as well as the over seeing of all Health and safety files
