Prodrive Property Maintenance Ltd recognise that many house problems arise due to “hidden” defects such as faulty or aged wiring and leaking pipes. Traditionally this type of problem was not detected until a major event such a fire or flood occurred, as it was impossible to detect where the problem was without causing a great deal of mess.

After a great deal of thought on how to best to assist our clients, we took the bold move of investing in new thermal imaging technology which allows us to carry out surveys which are non-intrusive, non-destructive and non-invasive. A distinct advantage of this non-contact technique is that surveys are carried out under normal working conditions that does not cause any damage to the property.

Thermal imaging is a recognised detection technique which can be used on floors, walls, ceilings and outdoor for detecting loose or corroded electrical connections and hot water leaks.
